The 

last time I felt valued:

 Incident:When a good beautiful girl helped me from being bullied and said that I was more than enough to be in this 
world.
 Thoughts:My thoughts about is that I was confused because why would he save such loser or a cripple like me.
 Feelings:My feelings were mix, being numb,happy,sad,relief,confused and thankful.
 Behavior:My behavior,I was just shock seeing there are people who are willing to stand up for you even if stanger or 
not, because of that, I myself was inspired by the actions of the girl and try to look up and do things I want and enjo
y life.

The last time I made others felt valued:

 incident:When I came across a poor young boy who is begging for money to buy foods for his sick mother.
 Thoughts:My thoughts about it is that why is everyone ignoring a poor boy who is just a kid and trying to help his p
oor mother. I did plan to help him even though its little but it can make a person cry.
 Feelings:My feelings were simply happy to help others.
 Behavior:The feelings when you help others is so priceless, To the ones who helped me go through hell and just sa
ved by them,made me helped others and share my happiness when I want to.

Processing Questions:

1. It was easy because I myself experienced the feelings and the actions to the othes i helped even if its just little.
2. I noticed that every little help to others will give a great impact to their lives and changed.
3. My reaction was happy, seeing myself answering this makes me happy because I got to share my little experience y

as your parent in the mirror), please tell them that “You should be proud of  me because I’m your child
and I'm doing everything I can to make you happy and proud.

2. Talking to yourselft doesnt mean youre crazy it just proves that yourself who can understand you.
Talking to my friends feel like I’m not alone. Talking to my teachers made me feel so motivated and
talking to my family made me feel so grateful but sometime emotional
3. I learned that I can understand things just by talking to myself, and while this may feel awkward at times, I can laugh
without realizing that everyone is staring at me, thinking I'm weird.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED


The current corona virus that everyone is abuzz about was and is only a minor inconvenience affecting some aspects of my
life more than others. Sure I have to look at how I interact with people who are older (like my parents) or friends/business
associates that I know struggle with their health.

Life does come with hurdles to jump, but that does not mean those hurdles are bad. In fact they can be fun to jump if you
have successfully jumped many before.

For me that is all this time frame is….. Just another set of choices to make to get to the next step/goal/dream in life

1.  I can achieve great things because I am strong and able. My failures and mistakes are part of my
learning and growing process, and not to define my future. I am continually learning to become a better person,
and that is okay.
2. Praying to God and telling yourself that everything happens for a purpose is a good way to start.

Giving will empower you - you will feel stronger and know you’re making a difference in the world. The world will embrace

4.   As an ordinary citizen, it was terrible and horrifying waking up to this pandemic I am never
prepared just as how unprepared the government is The pandemic has taught us to make our health a
top priority even if there is no outbreak of health risks.  Our health matters most for it shall lead us to
how we are going to live our lives

Resolution: Her boss didn’t give her a raise but instead gave an incentive bonus for her hard work.

The activity was informative. We were able to learn more about ourselves as a result of it.

my family handled their situation and personal conflicts in a sensible, calm. They found solutions to
their problems without resorting to quarrels or violence.

 it is important to take care of our relationships with other people and handle our conflicts in a manner
that will benefit both parties.

Because of being careful of not catching the virus that is spreading, people tend to ignore others and
think only of themselves This pandemic made humanity fade away. It made us realize that their are still

1. I just don't know what side I'm on from now. I'm about to have so many self pictures instead of one
person, but I think every self has explains and we don't need to compare.
2. No, because every situation has different decision.
3. I made a lot of decisions in the past 2 months, there are some which would affect me majorly
because this decision is done out of my own will

1. Some of the lessons I've learnt through making good and bad decisions include the need of being
accountable with our actions, regardless of the results. To prevent regretting a decision later, it is vital to
think about it several times before making one.

3.If given the opportunity, I would continue to make the same right decision since it is already correct.
Instead of making the incorrect decisions, I will choose to do the right thing.
