Module 6: The Brain: Developing a Personal Plan
Instruction: In this output, you are tasked to make your own simplified “Personal Plan” to
improve your brain functions. You may include a variety of exercises and diet programs that
you think will further develop your brain functions. This intended “Personal Plan,” must
follow the “SMART” protocol in which every intended activity you make must be simple,
measurable, attainable, practical, and time-bound. Consider the example given. You may
choose any part of the brain to improve. Choose at least 3-5 parts of the brain.
