My Recreational Activity

Dear Diary,

Today,I engaged in the following recreational activities:


This morning we have a ride with my friends we go to the Tarkac City to visit our coach because it was
his birthday,we rode for 1 to 2 hours but we first went to the gift shop so that somehow we would
have a gift for him,and when we arrived we saw in his eyes that he was very happy when he saw
us,When we were going home we said goodbye to our coach,we rode home for 2 to 3 hours because
the rest of us were damage their bike and when we got home we rested a long time.

What I Have Learned

Answer:
1.The benefits of recreational activities include

-lesser risk in heart attack,less chance to become obese and to have a healthy body.

2.The recreational activity that I have learned from this module include
-taking part in recreational activities,especially outdoors,can greatly improve physical health.
3.As a student,the recreational activity can help me in my daily life espically in this time of pandemic
through exercise everyday because its gives energy and healthy body to us like this time of pandemic we
need to have a exercise.
