How Starbucks Become A $100B Success Story

This is a successful story by Mr. Howard Schultz, former CEO of this famous
and world-wide largest coffee shop, Starbucks. How did Mr. Schultz become
CEO of Starbucks? A 7-year-old boy never stopped dreaming of having a better
life one day, he was raised in poverty with his father working in low-paid jobs, a
housewife mother. When his father had an accident, he was fired from his job as
he saw his father lying helplessly on a sofa, it stuck in his mind. At college he
took part time jobs, student loans only to pay his degree. When things became
inferior, he even had to sell his own blood just to survive.

When Mr. Howard traveled to Italy, he was fascinated by Italian coffee and the
aroma of coffee. He built his own coffee company called "Il Giornale",
unfortunately he had no money to finance his own company. He talked to many
people to invest in his company but only a few of them agreed and invested,
they believed him. And it was a success. So when the Starbuck collapsed, he
bought it and became CEO.

My reflection on this inspirable story: never quit dreaming, how tough the
struggles are, don't give up, chase your dreams, don't wait for perfect timing,
instead make it a perfect timing. No one knows about your pain and hard work
only yourself, pursue your vision and never stop!
