I still agree with my list of classroom environment, classroom behavior and classroom discipline.

I still
also agree that students need to have direct teaching such as lectures, but they need to take that
information and apply it. I seem to engage my students better by having they do a hands-on activity
instead of just a worksheet. Often, I will have them do a hands-on activity but also they will need to
complete worksheet problems. I feel that they need both to be successful on their assessments during
the year and at the end of the year. During my social studies lessons I have noticed that students often
do not bring any background knowledge which makes the students not understand the new
information. In my section about building background knowledge, I still agree with my opinion. I often
times have to build background knowledge before we can move on to deeper discussions. My arrival
and departure ideas are still the same as when I first wrote the plan. I updated all my information to suit
this year.
