Management Team

The GRID metal works management consists of the President,


Vice Presedent, Marketing, Sales, Estimating and Project
Management.
President :

Managing the finances, personnel, and executives while


assessing our company's performance. Having discussions
with the board and other executives to evaluate the company's
direction and make sure it is carrying out its stated objective.

Vice President:

Directing internal operations, assisting in the development of


solid client connections, enhancing operational performance,
and assisting in the accomplishment of financial objectives.

Marketing:

Marketing spreads awareness of our company. We can contact


with them and let them know about all the things we provide.
It increases brand recognition and encourages healthy rivalry
between companies. It increases revenue, aids in building a
dependable clientele.

Sales:

The development of consumer loyalty and trust in businesses


is significantly influenced by sales. The key factors that
influence a customer's decision to refer our business to a
friend or family member or to leave a positive online review of
our goods or services are trust and loyalty.

Estimating:

Cost estimates are made by examining plans, bills of materials,


and other project data. Seeking out the best pricing and
quotations from suppliers and subcontractors through
research, sourcing, negotiation, and getting.

Project Management:

The activities involved in setting up a team to complete a


certain aim or set of objectives by a given deadline are referred
to as project management. A manager can overcome several
challenges while creating a plan with the aid of project
management, including figuring out what resources are
available, what deliverables and milestones need to be met,
who is in charge of what, and many other project-related
issues.
