1 Introduction
The Data Procedure and Details has been divided into various sections. The
DOCUMENT CHANGE HISTORY will be having the current (last) update details of the
document. The Table of Content gives the details of the various sections.
To identify readily and locate any specific information, the table of contents with a
section and sub-section numbers is provided at the beginning. The details of information
contained in each section and sub-section as applicable is given below in brief.
1 Introduction
This section contents general information of write-up like, for what purpose write-up is
written, meaning of each section in brief (this section).
2 Foreword
This section contents the purpose of this write-up like, requirement of initiating this
write-up, intension, and applicable reference if any.

This section contents the brief details of policies followed by Advance Consultancy
Services (ACS) for Type of Document Retained / Retrieved.
5 User
These options should not be available for ordinary user to change. Only Super-Admin or
Admin should be allowed to add, remove or change in this data.
6 Candidate
The heading “Candidate” should be changed to “Data Entry” and following options
should be available for user. As this section having various type of data entry options.
7 Candidate List
This option is listed under Candidate section. This is preferred to be a separate section
as Enquiry / Report Generation.
8 Invoice System
In this section only accounts section authorized personal should be allowed to do the
data entry.

The above various types of data entries are done at various steps. The following data
for various tasks is listed.
5.1 Recruitment
1 Passport Number
1.1 As it may happen candidate may send new details. As soon as Passport number is
entered below mentioned data should be displayed on screen.
1.2 The operator should have option to change the required data. After Data Entry and
before exit “Save Change” option should be given…!

The CV PDF shall include CV, Required Passport Pages, Technical, and Educational
Qualification Certificates, Experience Certificate, any other certificate. This will be saved
with Candidate Passport Number and Trade Name for easy filtration of PDF for future
reference.

1 Certificates required HRD attestation from Delhi, External affairs ministry, which
we will arrange.
Stamping for a non-Muslim candidate and if the category is Labor, Watchman, Driver,
Cook must obtain a letter (need original for submitting to the Consulate) from the
Sponsor requesting The Consulate general to endorse the particular visa for the non-
Muslim candidate, this condition is only for holy cities of Saudi Arabia Makah, and
Medina.

doctor. Copy of Marriage Certificate and if, children accompanied, copies of their
Birth certificates.
1 Visa slip.
3 Letter from the company for which the candidate is representing (Which will be
mentioned in the Visa).
7 Return Ticket.
9 For Medical Insurance of passenger need full Address with P O BOX, ZIP CODE &
CELL NUMBER OF SPONSOR.
10 Visa slip.
12 Letter from the company for which the candidate is representing (Which will be
mentioned in the Visa).
16 Return Ticket.
18 For Medical Insurance of passenger need full Address with P O BOX, ZIP CODE &
CELL NUMBER OF SPONSOR.
There are various reasons when visa cancellation is required and done. Few reasons
are listed below with documents requirement.
1 For Gulf Return candidates, who might have come on vacation but failed to go
back / not gone back for any reason, and not completed 3 ½ Years (Three years
and Six months) after leaving Saudi Arabia.
