Heat Transfer

Option A:

The flow of energy in electronic equipment is of vital importance in

their world, because the heat can cause malfunctions of electronic parts by
heating damage. Thermal paste is a technology that has been developed
that conducts heat to its point of exit of the system. There are fans built into
computers that are uncharge of getting the waste heat out through the little
holes that exist in a computer to prevent overheating. This is achieving
sustainability by preventing harm and giving out excessive heat.
In the world of jet turbines, I couldn't hope to understand all the
complexities that are involved but found out about certain quite efficient
components. There exists a heat recovery steam generator for steam
engines that uses the heat of a jet turbine to crate steam with the same
heat. The turbine airofoils and endwalls also have been improved via design
and different materials to prevent great losses of heat that is supposed to be
used in the system. All these changes create a less energy required engine
and that is working towards sustainability.
During manufacturing and material processes, heat transfer is playing
a role that can be essential to the efficiency. New technologies are able to
organize heat transfer modeling during machining processes. Materials such
as a wall that allows light to pass through it but not heat is also an
improvement, it keeps heat outside and works to sustainability by creating a
better cycle.
