PART 3 – COMMERCIAL QUOTATION

DEFINITIONS
In order to avoid any misunderstanding in the interpretation of this Technical
Specification (SOW), here below are the main Definitions:

BIDDER Company or association of Companies bidding for

being awarded the SERVICE Contract.

COMPANY Means Mabruk Oil Operations, the Owner for whom

the SERVICE shall be undertaken.

CONTRACT The whole body of terms and conditions regulating

duties, obligations, rights and relationship between
the COMPANY and the CONTRACTOR to execute
the Pressure Cylinders Inspection and Maintenance.

CONTRACTOR The SERVICE CONTRACTOR, shall be an

independent organization to whom the CONTRACT is
awarded for undertaking the SERVICE for the
COMPANY.

HSE Health, Safety and Environment.

SERVICE Means the services and other obligations to be

performed by CONTRACTOR as described in
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION DOCUMENTS

SHALL Means that it is a Mandatory Instruction or

Requirement.
