PART 3 – COMMERCIAL QUOTATION

1. INTRODUCTION AND CONTRACTORS UNDERSTANDING OF

SCOPE OF WORK

The CONTRACTOR understands that Mabruk Oil Operations (Hereinafter call as MOO
or the COMPANY), intends to award a Contract to a potential Contractor for the service
of Pressure Cylinders Inspection and Maintenance.

1. Oxygen Cylinder for Clinic 7 pcs

2. Oxygen Bottles 25 pcs

3. Oxygen Small Bottles for IG Analyzer Calibration 2 pcs

N2 Racks
4. 72 pcs
3 Racks (each rack 12 cylinders)
5. N2 Small Bottle 1 pcs
6. Argon Cylinders 5 pcs
7. Ethylene 1 pcs

The detailed list of Pressurized Cylinders provided by the COMPANY under this scope of
work is appended in ATTACHMENT 10 of Technical Quotation.

The CONTRACTOR confirms that it has reviewed and understand the Scope of Work
required by the COMPANY.

After review and understanding the Scope of Work, the CONTRACTOR is pleased to
submit the Contractual, Technical and Priced Commercial Quotation for the Successful
Execution of this Service.

1.1 Bid Documents Submittal

The Technical and Commercial Documentation shall be submitted in “paper form”

to the COMPANY in three (3) separate parts as follows, with one (1) Original of the
following Quotation:

❖ TECHNICAL QUOTATION PART 2
❖ PRICED COMMERCIAL QUOTATION PART 3
