3. What is Periodic motion and SHM?

Periodic motion - a motion repeated in

equal interval of time is periodic motion.

S.H.M. - is a periodic or oscillatory motion

in which the restoring force is directly
proportional to the displacement and acts
in a direction opposite to that of
displacement.
