I, MA. FE G. GUARDAMANO, married and a resident of Brgy. Roxas, Tapaz, Capiz,

humbly request from your good office for scholarship or any financial assistance in behalf of
my son, VINCENT G. GUARDAMANO, who is currently enrolled as a Senior High School
grade 11 at Roxas Farm School, Roxas, Tapaz, Capiz.
The good academic performance he had as indicated in his report card proves his
intellectual capacity as a student. As a parent, I vouch for the well-rounded character of my
son not just in school but also in our home. Due to poverty, we are facing difficulty to
materially meet the needs of our family and to support our son financially for his studies. I
am low income farmer and our harvest is even less enough to provide for our family’s needs.
