A guide to creating infinite length and A4 width pages in OneNote

So, like everyone else, I have wanted pages that have an infinite vertical length but
an A4 width so that the page is still printable. I have tried a tonne of different
things (e.g. custom rule lines using macros) and I think I have found my solution:
A horizontal line at the top of a container that I use to define the container width.
From my testing, an Arial, 11pt, overline and 123 characters (follow this exactly,
otherwise the line length will not be the same) is the perfect width and creates
equal left and right margins when printing a page to A4.
Here is a copy of the line:

Side note: OneNote sometimes does some funky stuff when printing a page. If you
switch a page between A4 size and infinite in OneNote 2016 it messes with the
printing of that page indefinitely and pictures are generally not handled that well,
especially large ones.
I'd be interested to know if this works for other people or if you have any other
solutions to this problem.
