    Dear Ms.

    Margaret Concha,

    I am aware of the cheating accident happened recently and I’m fully of the consequences I
    have to get. I am promising this to you and to our program chair that I will not do such thing anymore
    and never to engage again in any form of cheating. I also recognize and understand that this is my last
    warning and if do it again I wont be able to enrolled to this course anymore and will be asked to get
    another course. Again I promise to not do it again and I’m sorry for what I’ve done.
