VOICE OVER:

Earth’s ecosystem is the greatest gift of God to humanity. It provides us with

everything we need our shelter and life. However, our actions are alarming. We
impact it in many ways, such as overpopulation, pollution, burning fossil fuels, and
deforestation. And changes like these triggered climate change, soil erosion, etc., that
causes NATURAL DISASTERS!!

Natural disasters are the major adverse event caused by natural Earth processes. Some
examples of it include firestorms, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, drought, and
tornadoes. Did you know that many natural disasters happen each year? In fact, on
average, there are about 6,800 natural disasters that occur every year worldwide.

And if we think of it, it would be better if disasters were prevented by now.

Thankfully, there is always something we can do to combat it.

# 1. Be More Conservative with Energy Usage. Becoming more energy efficient is a

great way to prevent pollution. It causes the power plants to expend less energy,
which can lead to the production of greenhouse gasses.

#2. Recycle. Manufacturing plants emit a large number of greenhouse gasses per year.
It is unavoidable in the production of goods that we use regularly. However, a cleaner
alternative would be to invest in recycling. Recycling is a cost-effective and eco-
friendly process that eliminates waste and doesn’t emit greenhouse gasses into the
environment.

#3. Educate Yourself and Others. The importance of educating others about climate
change cannot be overstated in our modern society. There are many platforms for us
to utilize that can allow us to spread our message easily.

#4. Encourage the use of renewable energies. Focusing your efforts to spread
awareness about renewable energy is the best way to create a positive impact in your
community. By informing others about how renewable energy is better than utilizing
fossil fuels, you will sway others into investing in the idea.

Saving the environment begins with us, and it is our responsibility to take action to reverse
these devastating changes to preserve the earth for future generations. Planet Venus has too
much greenhouse gases in it's atmosphere that why it's so hot in there and if we don’t take
action by now, our planet may even be like it.

Disasters may be beyond our control, but by taking some simple steps, you can be better
prepared to protect yourself and your family during an emergency.
