3. Executive Summary

Dhuandar is a poetry event /seminar heldat FURC.the seminar is based on a mushaira by a renowed
Pakistani poet anwar masood through which we help to deliver the knowledge of business world through
some captivating and inspiring ways which will inceaseour knowledge and learning by engaging students
to participate and gain an understanding in a creative and innovative way.

4. Project Purpose

The Business Need / Problem is an issue or opportunity pertaining to the business which needs to be resolved / acted upon. State

This event is being held as a project assigned to us for learning purposes.to learn how to manage a large
scale projects.this poetry event was specifically chosen for eeping with the tradition of poetry to promote
Urdu language and literature and connect the People with their cultural heritage.
The main aim for conducting this event I to have the abilkity to learn the challenges of the market by
starting from grass root level.

5.1. Project Description

We are a team of 7 members and we worked together to draft a project charter and created the work
breakdown structure,timeline and budget.we met with the stakeholders to assess any contingencies and
risk.we coordinated between departments and senior to provide quality assurance throughout the
project.our team worked together to provide an opportunity amongst ourselves and our fellow colleagues
to get better understanding of the world around us.the seminar system combines both tuition and
discussion developing the student’s analytical and knowledge skills

5.2. Scope
The Project Scope addresses the who, what, where, when, and why of a project.

5.3. Constraints
Constraints are boundary conditions that the project must stay within. List and describe the constraints applicable to this
project.

 Due to security reasons and policies of university, we could not invite certain political and
religious personalities as guest speaker for the seminar
