1. Performance Review every year. They will be provided with ( Projects / Job Enrichment ) They will go through the normal promotion process based on their performance.

1. Job Rotation ( Within SBU ) 2. Visit to benchmarked Company. 1. Post Graduation Program ( MBA, M. Tech ) 2. Any other Degree related to the Work.

Middle Management Program in reputed BSchool. 3. AOTs program for technical manager. 4. Role & Identity in an Organisation by Sumedha. 5. RKQP Assessors training. 2.Exposure 1.
