The main purpose of Tour and travels management system is to provide best facility and
travelling services for a customer to book hotels, flight and bus ticket for trip purpose. We have
developed four and travels management system to provide a search platform find there Tour
places according to their choices.

This is instead of to provide the best traveling services to the customers and travel agents We
have expanded tours and travel administration strategy to provide an exploration platform
where a tourist can find their trip spots according to their choices. This method further assists to
promote reliable and fascinating tourism so that people can celebrate their vacations in their
favourite places that they enhance the tourism experience, adventure, and hund pride. The
application displays geographic-based data is the people shifting to the different cities and to the
people who are ready to go on a journey.

This process also encourages to expanding tourism with different cultures, communities, so We
create this system to establish and expand the structure of tourism that provides healthy
interaction opportunities for tourists and natives and improves a Better awareness of different
cultures, traditional lifestyles, traditional knowledge and moralities.

This system moreover provides a hoper way to connect with various events .This system also
provides trip-related information like which spots are tourist attractions, cines, and regions.
Tourists can also fetch the Map and navigation system and climate Information.This project is
useful for tourists who are unfamiliar with the places where they want to visit
ABSTRACT

In this project a detailed review of tour and travels management system. The main objectives Of
this website to know the package related to the trip and journey with best facility and current
offer. Searching will be very easy. At single cock will be able to fetch the required data.
Nowadays, there are multiple travel packages existing from the various websites to
approximately all the locations over the world. A customer demonstrates that it is extremely
complicated to search for the multiple of the packages as for significant websites, contact, and
communication with the travel agents and more options that exists in it which is a passive
method and time-consuming. This project will assist travellers to recommend the best Travel
Package among all the packages relevant information such as image, hotel facility, Google map
facility, transport facility and description about the places where they want to visit. The tour and
travels management system will be helpful for tourism.

Chapter 2: Literature Survey


2.1 : Existing system

The user needs to visit the travel agency office to plan any tour. It involves a lot of manual

paperwork, and customers need to stay in the queue for a long time. The present systems are

inadequate in providing information and advice to the agencies and customers about tour plans.

Most of the time agencies have to rely on local information sources and their own experience

regarding time and cost. Through a phone call, they have to get information. There are some

problems that exist in traditional systems, and those are given as follows:

 There will be many users visiting the portal, and hence we require a reliable and robust

frontend that can withhold the users on our site.

 We need a secure database, whereas data will be store by everyone.

Thus, Tourism Management System has the following advantages over the traditional system:

1. Privacy and Confidentiality


2. Effective during emergency conditions.
3. It saves time and effort.
4. Easy updation of records

2.1.1: Working of Current System

1. Cloud Technology: Tourism Management System incorporates cloud-based back-end


web design that can achieve in storing large storehouses of data.
2. Security: The system is entirely password protected. Only authorized users can get
access. Features like Mobile number verification via OTP, Email verification are also
included.
3. Flexibility: The project has been designed in such a way that new features and modules
can be added to the system in the future as per user requirements.
4. Time-Saving: One can access the travel management office from anywhere on the web
and need not visit the travel agency office.

The various requirements of the system can be summarized as:-

Signup: New users give their completed personal details, address, email, and phone number for

registration.

Login: The user enters their username and password for login.

Holiday packages: Users can then enter the date of journey and return; they can also select the

packages, number of rooms, etc., and can choose the packages as Delux, Premium,

Superdeluxe.

Best deals: Users can get the best deals with discount prices based on their preferences

available during the festival season.

Feedback: The users can give their input.

About us: The user can get information about the travel agency

Contact us: It displays the contact details.

Drawbacks of the Existing System:

 Increased transaction leads to increased source document and hence maintenance


becomes difficult.
 If any admin, user entry is wrongly made then the maintenance becomes very difficult.

Chapter 3: Proposed System

3.1 Introduction
The propose system is highly automated and makes the travelling activities much easier and
flexible. The user can get the very right information at the very right time. Customers can get
the knowledge of the hotels and vehicles they are going to use in their trip prior to their starting
of trip. This will increase the trust of the customer into the travel company as well.

Once the bookings are confirmed all the travel details, customer details as well as all the
relevant details related to the trip like hotel name, room number, vehicle number, vehicle
owner’s details, date of arriving, date of departure, food to be served and every single detail will
be available to the client. They just need once to click using mouse and everything is made
available to them.

3.2 Advantages

For developing countries, the advantages of tourism tend to be primarily monetary. A large
scale tourism industry prevents larger, more harmful businesses from working off the land.
Small tourist companies that reign on the land stops large capitalistic corporations from
polluting the air or gentrifying people’s homes.

The tourism industry encompasses many different travel areas, which allows the majority of a
country’s population to be employed. These employment places include hotels, car rental
agencies, restaurants, tour companies, souvenir shops, and equipment shops, among others.
Profit earned from tourism can be reinvested into the country for better infrastructure,
education, funding conservation efforts and creating more responsible ways of touring. Without
tourism, many countries would not have the same level of access to education and
infrastructure. Moreover, tourism allows hosts and visitors to share culture and meet diverse
groups of people. Through respectful interactions, a broader view of the world from both parties
can be achieved. By reinvesting the money earned back into the country, tourism and its
attractions can grow, creating a positive cycle for the country.

3.3 System Module

Package Module :-

The main aim of this module is provide all the details functionality related to package. We
have developed all types of CRUD ( create , read , update and delete ) operation of the
package .

Features of Package Module :-

 Admin can add new Airline records .


 Admin can see the list of Admin details.

 Only admin can edit and update the record of the Airline .
 Admin will able o delete the record of the Airline.
 All package forms are validated on client side.

Booking module :-
The main aim for developing this module is to manage the Customer Booking.

So , all Booking will be managed by admin and patient or customer and will be able to see the
Booking.

Features of Booking Modules :-


 Admin can manage the Booking.
 Admin can edit/delete the Booking.
 Admin can see the list of all Booking.
 Patient can see the Booking.
Customer module:-
The main objective for developing this module is to provide all the functionality
related to customer. It tracks all the information of the customer

Features of customer module :-


 Admin can add new customer record .
 Admin can see the list of customer details.
 Only admin can edit and update the record of the customers.
 Admin will be able to delete the records of the customers.

Ltinerary Module :-
The module has been developed for managing all the information of the package
ltineraries, here admin can delete , edit ltieraries detail

 Admin can upload new ltinerary


 Student can view and download the ltinerary
 Admin can edit/update the existing ltinerary.
 Admin can delete the existing ltinerary
 Admin can see the list of all ltinerary

Login module :-
This is the login form , from where Admin can login into the System.

5.1 limitation project

1)There can a huge problem if booking details are Entered for other person.

2)Present System is time-consuming.

3)Do not get accurate results.

4)Searching is not efficient

5)The existing system was having a number of Difficulties regarding maintaining the
information of customers, their bookings, and other related information.

6)More staff is required just handle specific duty.

7)Needs a lot of working staff.

5.2 conclusion

Here we have presented the design of a tour management system that can provide the mers with
the repaired tourism guidance required anytime and anywhere. This is a combination of
smartphone and Internet services. The tour management website contributes a reasonable way
for the users to schedule their trips, since it provides detailed information about the arist places
including description, image and map. This method includes various features services such as
delivering customized packages, the distance between the source and destination location,
Google maps, online ticket booking, etc. This process achieves its main goal by pertaining to
real-time data

 In the future it will enhanced by providing Tour and Travels Management System for
 Multiple cities on our websites
 in future, we will give facility of online donation
 We will include more functionality as per user require
 Multiple package can booked by one customer at a ti
 Updated feature should enhanced for all modules.
 Real-time feedback facility available on our website.
 Travels management system will try to serve all expectations
 Not a single website is ever considering as complete forever firstly because always
something new requirement abo am growing day by day.
 More facilities will be enhanced in this project, such as
 Online payment option.
