During my employment, I have accomplished the
following Accomplishments.
 Reconciled daily cash collection report and card statement
with banks and performed debtors aging analysis,
monitored overdue payments and followed up by sending
statement of accounts, made reconciliations in case of any
discrepancies and identified high-risk customers thus
mitigating company exposure to bad debts by reporting
level of risk to superior authorities and improved the cash
flow by restructuring the credit terms from 90 to 30 days.
 Managed to prepare financial statements from SAP ERP in
excel with help of VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOT TABLE and
logical IF functions, also prepared the reports to show the
company’s performance on monthly and quarterly basis by
using pie charts and graphs. The reports were shared with
general manager and COO of the company and well
appreciated.
