CELEBRATION
Face Mask Design Contest
• Open to all students;
• Design should have the touch of the
flag and culture of the designated
country;
• October 26, 2021 (Tuesday);
Elimination for the Face Mask Design
Contest - October 21, 2021
• This will be conducted during MAPEH class
time.
• (3) participants per level will be chosen to
compete in the contest proper on October 26.
• Exhibit student CREATIVITY with a dazzling DIY FACE MASK/FACE SHIELD.
• Make a CAPTIVATING statement, adding unique little touches and decorating face
masks or face shield.
• Encourage students to create a customized DIY face mask/shield to mix a little fun
and flair with creative embellishments. It is a perfect way to let students have fun
while still following the necessary precautionary measures and letting them be
aware of the current health situations of the society.
• Let students appreciate art in many forms. Facial coverings like face masks and face
shields are not only comfortable and breathable but are also a blank canvas for
them to creative vision.
• Thinking of some amazing but easy DIY face mask/shield decorating ideas, they can
zhoosh up or make attractive the otherwise plain and boring masks.
• Trying with their own hand and imaginative drawing for a simple DIY face
mask/shields, they can make a trendy and fashionable look relevant to any
occasions/events.

There are plenty of ways to spruce up an


ordinary-looking face masks and face shield
with just a few craft supplies to create a lovely
and eye-catching DIY face mask and shield that
is fit for any occasion or event.
Materials needed:
CANVAS ART MATERIALS

FACE Economical or inexpensive shields/mask;
SHIELD Face Shield – plain transparent white
Face Mask – surgical mask (any color)

COLORING MARKERS:
Coloring pens, pencils, crayons,
watercolors, paint

glitters, beads, shimmering sequin,
rhinestones for an ornate appeal
or attach small paper craft flowers and
lace ribbons on or shimmering sequins.

• Students will wear their chosen national
costume / attire on October 28, 2021
during the Facebook Livestream. Class
Advisers will instruct the students to take
photos of their costumes in portrait angle
and while watching the said livestream.
Registration Fee – Php 100.00
• This will cover the expenses for the UN
celebration activities.
• Deadline of Payment will be on October 22,
2021 (Friday).

• You can pay at the Cashier’s Office or thru
GCash.
• Details will be enclosed on a communication
letter that will released by the Administration
office.
