- re-connect Flow line and Gate valve
05:00 07:30 2:30 - re-tighten nut and bolt DSA connection to Master valve (8 bolt of 16 bolt)
- Test Flow line and Gate valve with 120 gpm (Ok)
Continue RIH 10-3/4” casing (K55 & L-80 40.5 ppf BTC) 10-3/4" Float SHoe (double valve) + 2 jts 10-3/4" Casing K-
55 + 10-3/4" Float Collar (single valve) + 10-3/4" Casing K-55 from 187 to 407 mMD (Tag 5 Klbs).
Have to adjust casing position using TDS link everytime collar or centralizer pass master valve
- Running as per casing tally, running 33 joints of the planned 60 joints.
- Install casing swedge, circulation with FR 110 gpm, SPP 50 psi. ( 1 x BU )
- Continue to run 4 jts casing without centralizer up to 295 m ( 186 - 235 m)
- Continue to run 13 jts casing with use centralizer up to 403 m (235 - 407 m).
07:30 12:30 5:00 at 407 mMD (Tag 5 Klbs), Pull off to 398 mMD, Have to adjust casing position using TDS link everytime
collar or centralizer pass master valve, no progress
Attempt to run casing with work pipe, max tag weight 3 Klbs, P/U 95 Klbs, S/O 52 Klbs. no progress
- Fill up casing every joint and fill up full every 5 jts.
- Discuss with DOM & Jakarta Team, POOH 10-3/4”casing to surface
