2.) A contractor of a fast food giant failed to deliver the expected output of an inventory
systems upgrade. This resulted in more than 70 branches closing due to inventory problems.
It compromised the sales for the month. What do you think were the potential opportunities
opened up to other players in the fast food industry?

Answer: The other players will have a chance for a place in the fast food industry wherein the
customers of the company that closed branches will move to the other players/fast food
restaurants. This inventory system has a big impact to a company, if the inventory system failed
to upgrade, their business will have a chance to deficit and other players will use this to boost
up their business.

3.) Explain the meaning and importance of a business plan.

Answer: A business plan is a written document that describes in detail how a business—usually
a startup—defines its objectives and how it is to go about achieving its goals. A business plan
lays out a written roadmap for the firm from marketing, financial, and operational standpoints.
Business plans are important documents used to attract investment before a company
has established a proven track record. They are also a good way for companies to keep
themselves on target going forward.
Although they're especially useful for new businesses, every company should have a
business plan. Ideally, the plan is reviewed and updated periodically to see if goals have been
met or have changed and evolved. Sometimes, a new business plan is created for an
established business that has decided to move in a new direction.

4.) The business plan starts with market idea. Generate about five products or services that
