Answer:
1st Condition: The action of the Mother is she sold her son to another family. The act of solding her son to
another family is evil because this action against the right of her son to live with his family and it makes him
longing to his family. Therefore, the Mother morally failed in this condition.
2nd Condition: The two effects are; it is against on the right of the child and it makes him feel lonely to be apart
of his family, which is an evil effect, and the other is, it helps provide money to sustain the rest of the other
children which is a good effect. However, the mother failed on this condition because what comes first is the
"situation of the child when he going to be apart of his family and the safeness of his child" which is evil.
3rd Condition: The intention of the mother is to have money to sustain the rest of her children. To buy and give
their needs and wants. Thus, using this 3rd condition, the intention is considered as morally good.

Answer:
1st Condition: The action of Mario is cheating on their exam without the attention of his teacher. The act of
"cheating" is in itself evil, because the action was planned and deprives the attention of teacher. Therefore,
Mario morally failed in this condition.
2nd Condition: The two effects are; depriving the attention of his teacher and the action was planned, which is
an evil effect, and the other is, he did it for wanting to have a higher grades in a hope for an academic award and
considered as the good effect. However, Mario failed on this condition because what comes first is the action
was planned and depriving the attention of his teacher that resulted in cheating and abusing which is evil.

and have a wonderful carrier in his life. Thus, using this 3rd condition, the intention is considered as morally
good.
4th Condition: The evil effect, which is the action was planned and abusing the teacher for he was cheating
without the the attention of it. This does not outweigh the good effect,

Answer:
1st Condition: The action of the young and unmarried teacher is it has a sexual relation with her married co-
worker and wanted to bear a child without any attachment nor obligations. The act of having a sexual relation is
in itself evil, because this action planned, abusing and cheating with the partner of her co-worker and it is very
sinful action to everyone. Therefore, a young and unmarried teacher morally failed in this condition.

one to sustain the rest of the family. Thus, the teacher decided to report the case to the DSWD & the abuse

depressed. Therefore, the action of the teacher is morally good and passed in this condition.
2nd Condition: The two effects are; the abused was stopped and the child will be no longer beaten by his father
and he will be no longer suffer from his actions, which is a good effect, and the other is, his father will be
imprisoned and there would be no one to sustain the rest of the family which is an evil. However, the teacher
passed on this condition because what comes first is the situation and the safeness of the child from his abusive
father, to be apart and avoid by his actions, which is a good.
3rd Condition: The intention of the teacher is to help the child and report his father to the DSWD in order to
stop the abuse. Reporting the case to the DSWD is a great help to the child in order to stop the abuse and he will
be no longer suffer from being beaten by his father. Thus, using this 3rd condition, the intention is considered as
morally good.
4th Condition: The evil effect, which is there would be no one to sustain the rest of the family because the
