Did we ever wake up 8 in the morning,take a little nap for 5 minutes,then realized it 10 am

It always happen because we love sleep on matter.Make it more energetic to do our basic daily
activities.But actually is not.It will causes we over sleeping.Over sleeping can be identified some
person sleeping more than 9 hours in a day.On few research that I am done,I found characteristic why
people sleep much or should I call sleeping disorder.There a 3 type which is Hypersomnia or long
sleeping,Sleep inertia,and Sleep apnea.Hypersomia is the condition causes people to suffer from
extreme sleepiness throughout the day, which is not usually relieved by napping. It also causes them
to sleep for unusually long periods of time at night.Second one is sleep inertia that make we feel tired,
a little disoriented, and not quite fully ready to hit the ground running.And the third one is sleep
apnea which is sleeping disorder that make people hard and stop breathing at different moments
through the night, leaving them to felt tired during the day.

So,all the term that been deliver will affect our daily.But actually do not be worried,It can be fixed.It
more worried if we do not act starting now.So all this information is all about how we gonna
overcome over sleeping.

Oversleeping always happened to student and worker.All this aspect due numerous activities such as
assignment deadline and overworking that lead them to unhealthy sleep cycle.For all among sleep
them lost,It lead them to oversleeping in weekend because all this sudden in weekday.Here a sign
that that cause we oversleeping which is productivity issues,low energy during the day,symptoms of
anxiety,memory issues,extreme sleepiness unresolved by napping,extreme fatigue unaffected, and
sleep disorder

How we gonna resolve all this aspect is depend to our discipline.First at all we need to improve our
routine before sleep.

to deep down our environment.More comfortable we get,way better our sleep routine.

decrease heart rate,skin temperature,and blood pressure.It come pleasure if light up lavender candle
or diffuser.
