care of the human body

the water. • First wash your
head, rinse, shampoo, rinse. •
Continue with the rest of the
body carving very well,
especially the areas of the
elbows, knees, crotch, rinse.

BRUSHING YOUR TEETH

Place your toothbrush at a 45º angle against the edge of the
gum and drag or rotate the brush away from that same edge
and forward.
Gently brush the outer, inner and chewing surface of each tooth
with short back and forth movements.
To clean the inner surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush
vertically and perform several brushstrokes up and down.
Brush your tongue to remove bacteria

WASHING YOUR HANDS

Have soap and a small amount of water. Washing
your hands with water alone is not enough.
Soap wet hands and rub the entire surface including
the palms, back, wrists, between the fingers and
especially under the nails, for at least 20 seconds.
Rinse thoroughly with safe water and dry them,
either with a clean towel or by waving your hands.

COMB
Divide the hair in two, take one of the parts
and divide a small strand. Pass it under the
remaining part of the initial division. Divide
another strand and now pass it over it.
Repeat the procedure until all the hair is
finished

TRIMMING YOUR NAILS

Cut the nails following their natural shape. Pulling
out your nails can be dangerous because we can
get hurt. In addition, we will favor an irregular
