ATTENTION: If the mentioned inspection address is not same with exactly inspection address, the inspection will be aborted, and you must pay for the Re-inspection cost.
注意：如果实际的验货地址和你所写的地址不一样，验货将会被终止，重验的费用将会由你方出。
Important notice (Sending out the inspection request to us implies that you have been well understood for the following notices and accepted them):
重要声明 (发出验货申请则代表申请人已知悉并接收以下声明):

1. In order to have an in-time inspection, you are suggested to send the booking at least 10 working days before the ready date (but it doesn’t mean the inspection date will be the requested date.
为了确保能安排及时的验货，请在货备好的10个工作日前提出申请（但并不意味着最终的验货日期就是所申请的验货日期）。
2. Please make sure the goods are 100% finished and packed (or the percentage the client agrees with you in advance) for the inspection upon the inspector’s arrival, otherwise WEINSPECTION is not allowed to perform the inspection and you must pay for the
abortive inspection fee. The fee will be calculated with the formula “unit inspection fee x no. of orders x no. of inspector sent + traveling expenses” ( the unit inspection fee will be different according to different product & client).
请确保货物在验货员到达工厂前已完成100%（或贵司事先与客人确认的百分比）生产和包装待验，否则，验货将被取消，同时申请人需支付不成功验货的费用。不成功验货费用=验货费用单价x订单数量x验货员数量+差旅费(验货费用单价根据不同的客
人以及不同的产品而有所不同)。

3. If you want to postpone or cancel the inspection, please advise us at least 2 working days by email before the confirmed inspection date. If air traveling is required for the inspection, at least 3 working days’ advice is needed. Otherwise, you are required to pay
for a handling fee of USD200.
若申请人需延迟或取消验货，请在已确定的验货日期前至少2个工作日以邮件形式提出。若验货地点在广东省以外及需要航空安排的，则需要在至少3个工作日前提出。否则，申请人需支付手续费美金200元。

4. If the client has the instruction to do test for the products, our inspector needs to select the samples randomly by himself right after the inspection; your kindly cooperation will be appreciated. But if the factory refuses to provide the samples, we will need to
arrange another visit to the factory for selecting samples, and the charge (USD200/working day+travel expense) will be on the account of the factory and needs to be settled in advance.
若客人要求对产品进行相关的测试，我司验货员须在完成验货后亲自挑选样品，请给予合作。若工厂拒绝提供样品，我司会另外安排时间到厂，而工厂必须承担由此产生的费用（美金200元/工作日+差旅费）并在约定日期前付清款项。

5. If the inspection fails, the re-inspection charge should be assumed by you unless you have other agreement with the client, and it will be calculated by “unit inspection fee x no. of order x no. of inspection day x no. of inspector + traveling expenses” ( the unit
inspection fee will be different according to different product & client).
若货物未能通过检验，除非申请人与客户另有协议，否则，重验费用将向申请人收取，重验费用=验货费用单价x订单数量x验货天数x验货员数量+差旅费(验货费用单价根据不同的客人以及不同的产品而有所不同)。

6.Please make sure all the information for the same order/ref. no. have been submitted when you send the 1st request, no matter how many factories or how many inspection dates there are. Otherwise the inspection fee for the later requestedWINS-QR-013-4 Rev.3(2017-07)

will be assumed by you if the client doesn’t agree to pay for it, and it will be charged as the re-inspection.
对于同一张订单，无论有多少工厂或验货日期，请在首次申请时提交所有的资料。否则，若客户拒绝支付后来提交的验货地点或验货日期的费用，则此费用将向申请人收取。验货费用将按重验费用计算方式收取。
