Commencement of Work You shall commence employment and report to work on 30" October 2019. 2, Remuneration Your base salary upon commencement shall be RM4,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Four Thousand only) per month with the following commission structure:- a) 3% commission from RM1.00 to RM324,000.00 (fund: b) 4% commission from RM325,000.00 to RM600,000.00 funds in) ©) 5% commission from RM601,000.00 & above (funds in) You hereby agree and consent to allow us to bank in your salary directly to your savings account. 3. Yearly Increment and Bonus Payment of increment and bonus shall be at the prerogative and discretion of the Management. 4, Personal Information You agree to provide and update all necessary personal information and data as required by ‘the Company from time to time and hereby warrant that all information provided herein are true and accurate at all times. 5. Working Hours Your working hours are from Wednesday to Sunday, 10.00am to 7.00pm with a lunch break from 2.00pm to 3.00pm. You may be required to work beyond your working hours depending, ‘on situations. Should you be unable to report to work for any reason, you are required to inform the Company by 9.00am of the same day. Probation Period You will be required to complete a minimum of three (3) months’ probationary period from the commencement of your employment with the Company during which the Management will observe and access your performance and suitability: and subject to your performance, the Company may extend your probation for a further period of three (3) months or shall have the discretion to terminate your services if your performance is found unsatisfactory during the initial probationary period. Ra nnd PLANTATIONS Notice Period of Resignation ‘The party that intends to effect the termination of service during the probation period or any extension period thereof shall give to the other, one (1) week notice in writing or one (1) week salary in lieu of the notice. ‘After confirmation of employment, either party may for any reason whatsoever terminate the ‘employment by giving the other party two (2) weeks! notice in writing or two (2) weeks’ salary in lieu of notice. 8 Annual Leave Upon confirmation of employment, you are entitled to the respective number of paid annual leave for the corresponding multiple years of continuous service with the Company on proportionate earned basis. You shall be entitles to annual leave with pay as follows:~ a) Below two (2) years of continuous service - 10 days per calendar year b) Above two (2) years but less than 5 years ~ 12 days per calendar year ) Above five (5) years but less than 10 years. -14 days per calendar year d) Above ten (10) years = 16 days per calendar year Application of annual leave must be submitted at least three (3) working days in advance for Management’s approval 9. Maternity Leave Every female employee is entitled to sixty (60) consecutive days of maternity leave in respect of each confinement, subject to a maximum of five (5) surviving children, Application for ‘maternity leave must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days before the expected date of confinement. 10. Marriage / Paternity / Compassionate Leave A special leave of up to seven (7) consecutive days in aggregate per year may be granted toa confirmed staff for his/her legal marriage: paternity and in the event of death of his/her Immediate family members (i.e. parents, grandparents, parents-in-law, siblings and children). Itis at the sole discretion of the Management to grant this special leave. 11. Medical Leave Sick leave is allowed only with certificate from a qualified/registered general practitioner. a) Below two (2) years of continuous service - 14 days per calendar year b) Between two (2) to five (5) years of service - 18 days per calendar year ¢) More than five (5) years of service ~ 22-days per calendar year 4) if hospitalization is necessary ~ up to 60 days in the aggregate with the above 12. Medical Benefit Your personal medical expenses incurred will be borne by the Company. You shall be provided with an outpatient clinical medical coverage of maximum RM70.00 per visit on reimbursement basis. Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Perkeso (SOCSO) & EIS You shall contribute to EPF, SOCSO & EIS as per statutory rates at the present time as required by law and the Company shall make necessary statutory contribution likewise in accordance to prevailing statutory requirements. A corresponding amount shall be deducted from your total monthly compensation for the purpose of this contributions, 14. Income Tax Monthly income tax deductions as determined by the Inland Revenue Board shall be made from the salaries of employees who are liable for taxation. 15. Public Holiday The Company will grant all public holidays and state holidays as gazetted by the government. Rules & Regulations Your employment will be subject to the terms and conditions and other regulations outlined in the Company's Employee Handbook, which terms and conditions are subject to review as and when deemed necessary by the Company. 17. Transfer ‘The Management may at its discretion transfer you to another section, department or di within the Company. 18, Confidential information You shall not at any time during the period of your employment or after the termination of your appointment with the Company, disclose or divulge either directly or indirectly to any person or company any secrets or confidential documents, information regarding the business ‘of the Company to which you may have access during your term of employment. ‘ PLANTATIONS Records of the Company including the names and addresses ofits clients are and shall remain the property of the Company at all times during and after termination of this Agreement. NONE of the said records nor any part of them is to be removed by you from the premises of the Company either in its original from or in duplicated or copied form and the names, addresses and other information in such records are not to be transmitted verbally or in writing by you except in the ordinary course of conducting business for the Company. All of the said records or any part of them are the sole proprietary information of the Company and shall be treated by you as confidential information of the Company. 19. Company Property ‘Any property belonging to the Company that may be given to you in the course of employment shall be returned upon the Company's request at any time it deems necessary to do so, 20. Rules, Policies and Procedures You shall at all times abide to the rules, policies and procedures set by the Management and ‘the Management shall be entitled to amend or vary such rules, policies and procedures so set including any terms and conditions herein stated from time to time. 21. Activities outside the Company During employment with the Company, you shall devote your full time and attention to the service of the Company and shall not be engaged directly or indirectly in any other business or occupation or be in any way connected whether directly or indirectly with other business oF concern without the prior consent of the Company. 22, Retirement Age The normal retirement age of all employees is sixty (60) years old. However, an employee may continue in the service of the Company beyond that age on yearly contract basis based on g00d health condition to be approved by the Management. 23. Summary Dismissal The Company may at any time summarily dismiss you from employment in the event of a breach of any of the conditions specified in clause 24 of this contract of employment letter. 24. In this letter of employment, an attempt has been made to cover more specific terms and conditions of employment. Those not included will be applied in accordance with the existing procedures and policies of the Company. If at any time during your employment with the Company, you shall be guilty of any gross misconduct or any serious breach of the terms and conditions of employment or shall neglect to give your whole effort and personal attention to your job or shall absent yourself from work consecutively for two (2) days without prior written or verbal consent from the Management except in the case of illness or accident or shall fail to perform your work as and when required or shall disobey or neglect any lawful orders or directions of the Company; then in any such circumstances the Company reserve the right to determine your employment forthwith without any notice or payment in lieu of notice. Conditions of Employment This position is offered to you on the basis of good faith that you are in good health, free of any serious medical ailments/sickness and possess no criminal record whatsoever. in the event that you are found to have contradicted these conditions, this offer will be rendered null and void. Any special privileges which are not specifically stated herein and which are given to you from time to time, may be amended or withdrawn by the Company at its discretion with notice. You are expected to finalize sales with at least 2 clients per month, a sales is considered finalized when your client pays 100% of the purchase of his agreement; failure to achieve this sales target will/may result in immediate termination of this employment contract. Please indicate your acceptance of the above offer of employment by signing and returning the duplicate copy of this letter to us; failing which the above offer of appointment will be considered as null and void.
