Status of recent and current projects/reports/meetings:


1. Fatoum Group
o Status: Ongoing
o Key Contact: Anyigor Micheal; Cheta
o Action needed:
 Obtain client sign-off
 Create monthly reporting templates
 Conduct staff training on KPI
 Prepare Management Report
 Conduct organizational wide appraisal interacting with all functional departments
 Prepare continuous Improvement Report
 Support the Activation of Business Development support
 Facilitate implementation of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
o Critical issues/challenges/priorities:
 The project is currently on hold as the client has not committed any amount for the execution of
the project. Also, we are still waiting for the MD to inject more cash into the business to enable us
carryout proper execution.
2. SHL Finance Function
o Status: Ongoing

o Action needed:
 Receive and review Management Report
 Conduct a Budget Review with Management and Department Heads
 Conduct a Budget Awareness Session and Dispassal of Budget to all Department Heads
 Review and Monitor the Budget Process
o Critical issues/challenges/priorities:
 The finance department does not have real time visibility on all transactions and have to wait
till the beginning of a new month before the previous report can be sent to the management,
deployment of ERP will make the work easier for the accountant.

3. Vicmond Ade Enterprises


o Status: Ongoing
o Key contact: Bello Opeyemi and Anyigor Micheal
o Completed Tasks:
 Develop Organizational process and Gap Analysis
 Conduct Interview Session with Staff Member
 Conduct Training Session with Staff Member
o Action needed:
 Activation of ERP
 Training Session to discuss the developed policies and map
 Monitoring of the ERP system.
o Critical issues/challenges/priorities:
 The unavailability of the outsourced IT firm slows down the project and the management of
Vicmond is concerned about it. The ERP should be deployed as soon as possible so that the CEO can
monitor the day-to-day transactions of the business on a real-time basis.
