I Submit that draft article of charges framed against me on the subject work vide
reference cited in the 1st reference.
Iam denying the charges framed against me in the reference cited, hence, I here with
submit the reply to draft article of charges framed against me requesting to drop the articles
of charges since the substantial evidences plays vital role in proving myself not guilty, as I
discharged my duties diligently and sincerely giving no scope for dereliction while
functioning as Executive Engineer enunciating the occurrences in a chronological order for
favour of perusal and kind consideration before deriving consensus as deemed fit.

Further, I submit that the amount of Rs.3,42,704/- as per the findings of V& E report
was proposed to be recovered from the work bills of the contractor.The proof of pass order
made in the M.Book on the above said work duly recovered the said amount is here with
submitted.
