    Your job responsibilities are:

    1. Action plan preparation/monthly plan


    2. Capacity building to the specitic required skills
    3. Regular review of the programme
    4. Monitoring and evaluation
    5. Identify and build capacity of staff j

    7. Report to Project Director on timely basis
    8. Advocacy with divisional level officers
    9. Attending the mandal/divisional level meetings

    11. Regular field visits/contact with the team
    12. Organizing the programmes

    14. Review Meetings
    15. Supporting and Guidanee for the lield stalls
    16. Dealing with PO's & counselors
    17. Policy design & Implementation & Supporting PD
    18. Knowledge sharing with the team
    19. Supporting the team during events
    20. Meeting the targets

    If you are not willing to work with us under any circumstances or we are not happy to work
    with you under any circumstances then one month notice has to be given from either side.
