WARRANTY INFORMATION

This product has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Bed Butler. This Limited Warranty
offered by Bed Butler covers defects in material or workmanship in new Bed Butler products. This warranty extends to the
original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing Bed Butler products from authorized Bed
Butler retailers or resellers or through our website may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.

What is covered? Bed Butler warranties this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Bed Butler will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves
defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If
Bed Butler is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Bed Butler
may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product with the purchasers’ permission.

How Long Does The Coverage Last? Lifetime, non-transferable.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover? Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:
A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from (1) normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper
maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
C. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Bed Butler.

Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations
(including removal of any component or external cover).

How to File a Claim? Bed Butler will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all
terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product and you follow proper return procedure. To request
warranty service, you will need to provide:

1. The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase.
2. A description of the problem.
3. Delivery of the product or the defective part, postage prepaid and carefully packed to:

Assembly Instructions 
ASSEMBLY TIPS: 
1. Remove hardware from packaging and verify that all parts are present. 
2. Please follow instructions in the same sequence as numbered to assure fast and easy 
assembly. 
3. A flat head screw driver is recommended but can be substituted with a dime if a 
screw driver is not accessible. 
 
WARNINGS: 
1. Do not repair or modify parts that may be broke or defective.  
2. Do not over tighten screws or cable tie. HAND TIGHTEN ONLY! 
3. Contact us immediately to replace missing, damaged or defective parts.

Assembly Instructions 
 
1. Position the arm (B) below the holder (A). Align the two holes on the arm (B) with the two holes on 
the holder (A). 
2. Place the one female post (E) into each hole. The female posts (E) needs to be inserted on the 
bottom side of the arm facing up. 
3. Place one male screw (D) in each hole on the arm (B) and align them to the female post (E). 
4. Using a flat head screw driver (a dime may also be used), hand tighten each screw (D) into each 
post (E), turn the screw (D) in a clockwise rotation while securing the posts (E)  with your thumb, so 
that each screw can be securely tightened into the post.  
5. Place the divider (C) into one of the three slots to your desired position. You can move the divider 
at any time to a more desirable slot according to your needs. Or not use the divider at all.

Installation Instructions 
 
 
Installation for a bed with box spring 
1. Before applying the anti‐slip pad, thoroughly clean the surface of the arm (see cleaning instructions below). 
2. Peel off the plastic film from the back of the anti‐slip pad, with the dots facing up adhere the anti‐slip pad to top of the 
arm in towards the middle 
3. Press firmly, ensuring a tight bond, remove the plastic film from the anti‐slip pad. 
4. Slightly lift the mattress and slide the Bed Butler in place, lower the mattress and press down firmly on the mattress to 
ensure the anti‐slip pad has a good grip. 

 
Installation for a bed with wire frame 
1. Slide Bed Butler between mattress and wire frame 
2. Insert the cable tie through the hole on the back of the arm and attach it to the nearest horizontal wire, tighten cable tie 
securely to the wire frame and the Bed Butler arm – HAND TIGHTEN ONLY. 

 
Cleaning Instructions for the Bed Butler 
1. Spray glass cleaner on the surface of the Bed Butler 
2. Wipe clean with dry cloth 

 
Cleaning Instructions for the Anti‐Slip Pad 
1. Wash under warm water 
2. Let the Anti‐slip Pad dry so that both sides can dry evenly‐ placing in front of a fan or air vent works best
