Good day!

I would like to ask your permission and assistance from your good office to furnish some
technical data of “The Proposed New Government Center in Cabatangan” needed for my
proposal which are the following:

 Relocation proposal of the New City Hall

 Number of employees
 Number of offices per committee

The data will provide credible sources for the proposed undergraduate study entitled “The
Zamboanga City Hall Relocation: Generating New Government Center Through Social
Architecture”. The data will be of great help in terms of how the city hall has change over
the past years and will eventually change especially the city hall’s relocation proposal. It will
be a source of information for an undergraduate thesis proposal this academic year 2022-
2023 at Western Mindanao State University, at which I am a fifth-year graduating student.

Any data regarding the information about Zamboanga City Hall will be of great help. I will
