 I. Introduction

Universal Bank is a system in which banks provide a wide variety of financial services, including
commercial and investment services.

Planning and designing a universal bank, will consider lot of issues that incorporate several
needs. It should be flexible to all types of users considering the field requirements, maintenance, users
schedule, event mix, parking, restroom and concession needs.

It has been found that a wide spectrum of financial intermediaries in money market and capital markets
under the supervision and guidelines of central banks as an apex body has came into existence across the
world to fulfill varied requirements of savers and investors. Notable agencies among money market
institutions engaged principally in providing term financing to investors and entrepreneurs are
commercial banks, discount houses, acceptance houses and indigenous agencies and among capital
market institutions, insurance companies, venture capitalists, vulture funds, mutual funds,
investment banking, development banking, virtual banking,

A Universal Bank must be highly functional and multi-use facility.

Background of the Study

Like many rural areas, the Poblacion Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay, growing diverse and dynamic
community.

The said province growth and associated citizen needs and demand for community programs
brought light the need for a facility that could accommodate a broad span of services and reach more of
Zamboanga Sibugay Citizen creating.

This study is to establish a basis on the potential construction of a universal bank in the province.
 Statement of the Problem

A study that aims on how to determined the design of the structure where Aesthetic, Function
and Strength was needed by one (2) storey only Universal Bank. Alicia Zamboanga Sibugay is the 3 rd
class municipality and partially urban. The said province already on process with small infrastructures,
stretching up to the closet barangays and other municipalities.

1. Creating a convenient and accessible universal bank.

2. Enable effective and efficient communication with the users, management,
customers and suppliers.

II. Methodology

The proposed building , Universal Bank is set to be located in Poblacion Alicia, Zamboanga
Sibugay. This area are perfect to build the infrastructure to attract some of the citizen in the said area.

Likewise, this chapter presents the various procedures and strategies in identifying source for
needed information on the analysis and evaluation of the Universal Bank.

Thus this part of the study specifies the method of research used, research design, respondents of
the study, data collection, conducted semi-structured interview, data representative and reliability,
description of the study, statistical treatment of data analysis of the gathered data.

The program for the proposed building universal bank, is prioritized of what spaces should be
included and would create a universal bank infrastructure that I’d appropriate in the given size.

- To develop the ability to apply the complete constructional procedures of the various types of
building with suitable material and design.

- All the requirements will be taken into consideration.

- All the building will be made in accordance with the standard dimension.

- To e plain different interaction style.

III. Summary

A proposed universal bank is set to be established in the province sought to address the primary
problems. A site was chosen - Poblacion Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay believe to be essential for the
project. It caters accessibility since it is only 3 hours away from the Ipil Capital.

Universal Bank took reference to emphasizing the building’s functionality allowing to emerge
narrowed area, spaces and programming processes.

The spaces were broken down and partially positioned to their designations with the use of
Bubble Diagram. From the datas in the different diagrams, an Inference was derived.
IV. Conclusion

Universal banking focuses on performance of private firms by directly investing into such
entities. By participating on the investment market, such banks can directly exercise decision-making
power in the governance of corporations.

In this study, the major challenges was to work out the mode of the universal bank with it’s
essential amenities, their functions and locations significance after studying relevant literature and to
incorporate the development of the project with the essence of the theme to make a universal bank a
platform for financial markets, investments, saving and loans options.

V. Recommendation for Spaces

Base on the conclusion of the study, the following measures are hereby recommended:

1. Gathered additional site recommendations and analyze against established criteria, which may
include non-city facilities.
2. Refine estimated costs associated with each proposed site.
3. An entertaining and soothing atmosphere should be necessary
