Steps:

for login creation on Bitla along with the BO logo that has to be uploaded on
Ticketsimply.

● BO details has to be sent to B2C team for Operator id creation: Email id:(to be updated)

● Contract summary to be updated and maintained by team locally

● Configuration of Routes, Price, locations, Address, Users, Branches, agents, Sequence

● Ensure configurations are complete and correct. To be verified by the Sales team.

● Verify the bookings, cancellations, Reschedule, commission configurations for


redBus/other agents

● Configure the Sequence no.s

● Sales team to train BO/users on important modules:


■ Service creation (Path, route, Fare, block seat)
■ Rate cards, (path, route, Fare, quota)
■ Direct Agent, Employee creation and Management
■ Accounting/Top ups
■ Pickup charts, Collection and other revenue Reports

● All the newly created services has to be mailed to: B2C team for making it live on
B2C/Whitelabel channel. (email id : to be updated)
Details required to be sent:
a. BO Operator Id, BO name
b. Routes where fare is configured.
c. Any new service added has to be mailed to(email id to be updated) for activation
on redBus channels.
● The services once live, needs to be cross checked in all the channels (web, mobile app,
mobile web) - Sales team

● If BO has an existing Whitelabel website /App, inform the relevant WL team members
with the Whitelabel URL, Old rB BO code, New BO code.Once config is complete
reverify all the services.
● Send email to redpro team to migrate all the ratings and reviews for Bitla services
(applicable in case BO was already live)

● During the training with BO, fix a DOJ which does not have any sales on old GDS. From
that doj onwards BO/counters should book on Bitla platform.
Scenario:
○ Training is complete on 1st Apr,
○ No bookings from Date of journey 15th Apr onwards on old GDS,
○ From 2nd Apr onwards ask BO/counters to book for DOJ:15 Apr on Bitla
whenever there are customer requests for advance bookings.
○ From 15Apr , ask BO to use the pickup chart from Bitla.
○ Ensure trips are closed on old GDS from 15th Apr. to avoid any duplicate
services.
