Problem statement:
To create a result analysis system .This webpage will become essential for student
and faculty to view results subject wise.

Introduction:

We now offer more detailed results data to help you improve teaching and learning in
your school. Results Analysis will help you understand how your students are
learning, and how they have performed in each area of the syllabus. You can use the
information to identify areas of strength and weakness in order to focus your teaching
where it's most needed. It can also be used to provide management information for
your school.
You can analyse data at whole school and individual candidate level, look at your
overall results, or focus on how your students have performed in specific areas of the
syllabus. The information will help you identify overall trends in your school’s
performance and provide constructive feedback for individual students.
Results Analysis is available through Cambridge International Direct. Exams Officers
can give access to teachers at their school who can then view the data through the
School Support Hub. This section looks at what you do with all the information you
collect. The analysis of focus group information can be done at a whole range of levels
depending on what you want to do with the information. This Manual will present only
the simplest and quickest methods as a complex analysis of information is not usually
necessary for health professionals who use this technique simply to solve programme
problems or design better programmes. You will need the type of analysis that can
easily be performed by you and the project team, while still providing the best way to
manage your results as quickly as possible. Those interested in more comprehensive
analysis procedures for larger more formal research projects, should refer to other texts

• Through this project , users will be able to view there results.

• Good Understanding of web based languages like HTML

• Users can view result via there particular login.

Software:

 Technology: Python Django

 Client Side Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript , Bootstrap
 Server Side Technologies: Python
 Data Base Server: DBSqlite

System Overview:
Admin Modules:

The admin has the access to all the modules in the software and it can add or edit existing information
of the Teacher or Student and decides what teacher or student can access in their modules and apart
from this it can add the data of result manually.

Faculty:

Faculty can access all the information of student for particular branch And can upload the
student result and can edit the student information as per the requirement and update the
marks manually of its particular subject. Teacher can see the pictorial comparison of the
students by calculating the percentage (internal, external and both).and comparative analysis
of Aggregate percentage of passed and failed student in each semester and finally can
generate the performance report for its subject in excel sheet.

Student:

Student have very limited rights in terms of edit or updating the information. A Student only
can upload its result for each semester. He/she can see its overall performance of all the
subjects comparatively and it can also compare its performance to other student.Student can
see its Percentage of semester or can see its aggregate percentage of all the semester till date
and can set his target percentage for semester or aggregate for the period of course.

Conclusion:

It has been a matter of immense delight, respect and challenge to have this opportunity
to take up this venture and complete it effectively. It was a pleasant experience working with
the professors. This will be helpful when we are going work in industry & educational field
where we can put all these it in our practice. While creating this framework Notes
management system, I have learnt a part about the working of system. Amid the development
process, I have got it the concept of planning and building a system. Whereas working on my
framework I have utilized all the information which was instructed us and all that produces
this project complete.
