ORGANIZING AND ACTIVATING THE CITY EMERGENCY OPERATION CENTER (EOC)

24/7 OPERATIONAL

WHEREAS, the City Incident Management Team (IMT) was organized through Local
Executive Order No. 62-A for the urgent need to prevent the spread of local transmission of
coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19);

WHEREAS, combatting the COVID-19 disease requires the coordination of

personnel across different national agencies and offices, the logistical movement of
material, and additional supplementation of personnel coordination of personnel;

NOW THEREFORE, I, KIRK A. ASIS, Mayor of the City of Bayugan, Agusan del
Sur, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:

SECTION 1. ORGANIZATION. The Emergency Operation Center (EOC) of the

Local Government of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur is hereby organized as follows:

SECTION 2. FUNCTIONS. The City Emergency Operation Center (EOC) shall

facilitate coordination between agencies and offices to keep everyone safe and provide
essential services during emergencies; and shall act on other matters that may be
authorized by the Chairperson.

SECTION 3. REPEALING CLAUSE. All other existing orders or issuances

inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby revoked and/or rescinded accordingly.

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY. This Order shall take effect immediately.

ISSUED this 14th day of March 2020, at the City Mayor’s Office, Bayugan City,
Agusan del Sur, Philippines.
