 Provide area managers with feedback on dealers in the market
 Find out which dealers do not have Hettich and why they do.
 Find out which sanitary ware and timber dealers want to enter the hardware and
furniture fitting market.

PROJECT MILESTONE WEEK WISE


Week 1 Understanding of hardware and related industrial products
Week 2 Create a survey and start the survey
Week 3 Respond to East Delhi market research and provide feedback to reporting managers
Week 4 Start investigation in South Delhi and find potential traders.
