In reference to the Performance Management Team (PMT) notice on the submission of the
Accomplishment Report and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for
Jul-Dec 2018, and Individual Target for Jan-Jun 2019, kindly accomplish and submit the
aforesaid to the Finance Office on or before 23 January 2019, for consolidation and checking
prior its official transmittal to the PMT. Additionally, Job Order employees must also be
included in the submission of the IPCR Target for Jan-Jun 2019 as part of the PMT directive.
The tallying of ratings for the Employee of the Year was done 15 January 2019, forfeiting
any nominee from the Finance Office due to late submission. However, said documents must
be submitted for future reference in the Performance Enhancement Incentive (PEI) and
Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) provision. Furthermore, Finance Office must conform with
the timely completion and submission of reports as a requirement for Prime-HRM. The
consideration granted by the PMT will no longer be extended if not met.
