CPDF - Cordillera People's Democratic Front - is a mass org for revolutionaries in the Cordillera region. 6. ROL - Revolutionary Organization of Lumads - Historically the CPP has admitted they relied heavily on Lumads without taking into consideration fully their specific issues. This is not longer true as they have self critted and rectified. Now they are at the forefront of fighting for the land and rights of Lumad. 7. PKM - Pambansang Katipunan ng Mambubukid - is the underground mass org of the vast Peasant masses. 8. MRLO – Moro Resistance and Liberation Organization - The Moro People are a histrionically Muslim minority in the largely Catholic Philippines. They have fought a on and off again armed battle against the Chauvinist goverment in Manila for independence or Autonomy . 9. LUMABAN - Lupon ng Manananggol para sa Bayan - is a really cool mass org that brings together all revolutionary lawyers and similar who want to seek real justice in the country. This often takes the form of working in the various roles in the People’s courts. 10. MASAPA - Makabayang Samahan Pangkalusugan - is an org for revolutionary healthcare workers of all types. They mobilize the broad base of people already with an inclination towards helping the poor to fight for a free and healthcare. They also work in the guerrilla fronts doing work for the poor. 11. KAGUMA - Katipunan ng Gurong Makabayan - KAGUMA brings together the masses of Teachers and Educators to militantly fight for Pay increases, free education, proper funding of the school system, and a Progressive, Nationalist, and scientific educational system. 12. COMPATRIOT - Revolutionary Organization of Overseas Filipinos and their Families - is a mass org for revolutionary overseas Filipinos. It is VERY underground because of the nature of its work. It works to mobilize all possible support to the revolutionary struggle and fight for Filipino interests abroad. 13. CNL - Christians for National Liberation - The CNL proves that ALL things have a dual charter and the church is no exception. some of the most famous political and military leaders of the CPP NPA NDFP were at one time priests or nuns. 14. LAB - Liga ng Agham para sa Bayan - Lab brings together engineers, scientists, etc. to fight for a country in which science liberates the people, not furthers their enslavement. Lab also works in the countryside doing work to raise crop productivity and other things toward building up self-sufficiency in the guerilla fronts. 15. KM – Kabataang Makabayan - Beginning as a above ground youth mass org KM is now the largest militant youth organization in the country. 16. MAKIBAKA – Malayang Kilusan ng Bagong Kababaihan - is the Underground mass org for women of the NDFP. Struggling against the dual oppression of poverty and sexism Maki functions under the motto, “the new Filipino Woman is first and foremost a militant. She is liberated by her participation in the struggle for socialism”. 17. CPP – Communist Party of the Philippines 18. NPA – New People’s Army - The New people’s army is the most armed mass org of the NDFP. Under the absolute direction of the CPP the NPA wages a PPW against all reaction. Also, the largest mass org in terms of direct mass work the NPA in fact spends more time helping Peasants then fighting. This mass org is also the least underground of the party’s mass orgs and less so then the party itself.
