Dynamita (also known simply as a dynamite) is a deep-fitted Filipino snack consisting of

stuffed siling haba (long green chili peppers) wrapped in a thin egg crepe. The filling is
usually giniling but our product use milk fish as it’s substitute. Our product is a friendly
and budget meal with a twist. Most of Filipinos love lumpia and green chili peppers or
also known as "siling haba", that is why we came up with the idea to combine two
people's favorite foods of all time in a friendly budget recipe.

Dynamite lumpia will give you an explosion of yummy, not to mention spicy,
and a crunchy goodness in every bite. Dynamite is named as such, not only because of
the explosion of yummy texture you might get when you bite our Milkfish Dynamite but
it also because the stem of the green chili peppers is left out of the wrapper making it
look like a stick of dynamite. The difference of our dynamite to the other usual dynamite
is instead of using pork or beef giniling, we use boneless milkfish as the filling of our
unique Dynamite recipe. Our product is not overly spicy because the green chili pepper
is deseeded before being stuffed with boneless milkfish.
