Operations Strategy

A company’s operations are crucial to its strategic differentiation and performance. Operation strategy
refers to the framework or plan for the utilization of resources that drive business execution. Operation
strategy serves as the crucial link between the planned strategy and the executed reality.

Objective of this course

The objective is to learn how operation’s components are aligned with the company’s strategic
direction. The firm’s collection of resources determines its ability to attain a specific competitive
position. Therefore, operations decisions that affect the system of resources have a direct effect on firm
performance and can influence the future strategy of the company as a whole.

Course Methodology

The course focuses the qualitative and quantitative aspects of operations. The course includes case
