USE CASE DESCRIPTION

Use Case Name: Room Rates

Actor: Admin and Employee.
Basic Flow: Admin and Employee can add/update/change the room rates using the room rate tab.
Alternative Flow: If the room rates are invalid then an error will show – Invalid room rates please provide
proper room rates.
Pre –Condition: The ACTORS must have valid login ID and access to add room rates.
Post - Condition: The ACTORS can add the room rates.
Use Case Description: Add the room rates option, Delete the previous room rates and update the room rates
also another option to add rooms that can send the ACTORS to another tab ( ROOM MANAGEMENT ) of
the software.

Use Case Name: Room Management

Actor: Admin and Employee.
Basic Flow: Admin and Employee can add another room and update the previous room details.
Alternative Flow: If the details are invalid like the heading of the room must not exceed 20 letters and
ACTORS writes the heading using more than 20 letters then an error will show. Also another example can be of
proper photo upload that ACTORS can only upload the .jpeg , .jpg and .png files.etc.
Pre –Condition: The ACTORS must have valid room details and photos.
Post - Condition: The ACTORS can add the new room and Update the old room details.
Use Case Description: Add new room option, Delete the previous room details and update the room details
also another option to add room rates that can send the ACTORS to another tab ( ROOM RATES) of the
software.

Use Case Name: Reservation Management

Actor: Admin and Employee.
Basic Flow: Admin and Employee can give reservation to the customers whom they wish to give.
Pre –Condition: The ACTORS must give reservation to valid customers.
Post - Condition: The ACTORS can give reservation based on the criteria on what condition the user gets the
reservation.
Use Case Description: This use case describes the process of accepting request from the customer and
cancelling them.

Use Case Name: Billings

Actor: Admin and Employee.
Basic Flow: The customer must be provided with the bill and the mode of payment details.
Pre –Condition: The ACTORS must provide bill to the customers.
Post - Condition: The ACTORS must provide with details of various modes of payment.
Use Case Description: This use case describes the process of paymentfor various facilities used .

Use Case Name: Customer Review

Actor: Customer or User.
Basic Flow: The customer must be provided with the option to give the customer review.
Pre –Condition: The ACTORS can choose to give the review if they have a feedback.
Post - Condition: The ACTORS must be provided an option to update the review if they want.
Use Case Description: This use case describes the process of providing customer review for various facilities
used .
