I can describe the impact of the spread of Hellenic culture under Alexander the Great

Alexandria became the center for Hellenistic Alexandria had a museum & library that
culture & trade for the Mediterranean world preserved Greek, Egyptian, Persian, Indian
cultures & attracted scholars for centuries

& was never unified or governed

discussion ( pgs. 95 -98 in textbook)
• Use at least 6 boxes
• Use pictures, narration boxes & word bubbles. Give a lot of information
in the word bubbles. Pretend as if the reader knows NOTHING about Alex
the Great
• You may want to include:
• Alexander the Great’s tutor, Aristotle
• Hellenization
• You may hand draw your cartoon & upload a picture of it. You may use
Google Docs or Slides. If you want to get more creative, see North
Gwinnett library’s list of presentation tools. There is also canva.com.
You will submit your presentation via Google Classroom. Make sure it
is shareable/public so others may view it (like me!).
• Have a friend read your cartoon before you turn it in!
