Conclusion

Based from the data gathered by the researchers, the Municipal Library in the 2nd District
of Camarines Norte was able to meet the proposed standard requirements for the public library.
However, the result of the study did not meet the functionality of the Municipal Library in the 2nd
District of Camarines Norte. There are only two Municipal Library in the district and it was
located at the Municipality of Daet and Basud. The problem was the Municipal Library in Daet
was no longer available, for the reason that it is now a Covid Center due to the pandemic. While,
the Municipal Library in Basud is still operating and open for the public however, due to the
health crisis there are only a few people or students using the library.
