Using MC, seam the first and last I-cord loop from SECTION to
the AC edge of SECTION 10 as demonstrated in the video at
the 1:40:06 minute mark.
https://youtu.be/8sHF9cOhZLU

Weave in ends and wet block the finished shawl to smooth the
fabric.

Wet Blocking
If you are worried about your color bleeding when you wash
the shawl, then just dip a tip of the fabric into cool water to
double check that there are no color bleeding issues. Soak
your shawl in cool water for a couple of minutes. Squeeze out
the excess water and roll your shawl in a towel and squeeze
it to get rid of the excess water. Lay the shawl flat on a rug,
mattress, or blocking mat and spread the fabric out to dry. You
can place blocking pins into the points of the fabric if you want
to exaggerate the edges of the shape, but this is not required.

Block it and rock it! Enjoy wearing your Twists & Turns Shawl
and don’t forget to share your beautiful wearable work of
art on Ravelry or Instagram with #TwistsandTurnsShawl
