Terms and Condition:

• Payment: By confirmed & Irrevocable Letter of Credit At Sight/120/90/60 Days basis Incorporating with Export L/C No. & Date in favour of PI issuer. Payment
must be made in USD through FDD drawn on BD Bank. Payment in BDT is not acceptable at any Condition. This clause must appear on the L/C.
• Delivery: By Truck Within 20 Days from the Receiving Date of L/C. Partial shipment is allowed.
• Country of Origin: Bangladesh
• Port of Loading: Beneficiary's Factory at Demra, Dhaka.
• Maturity: In terms of Deffered LC Maturity date must be counted from the date of delivery Challan.
• Packing: Export Standard Packing.
• Insurance: To be Covered by the Buyer (if necessary).
• Inspection: Manufacturer's Inspection will be final. However, buyer can inspect if desires.
• Interest: Interest will be paid by the Opener for the essence period as per the rate Prescribed by the BD Bank on advances for export affairs.
• Tolerance: +/- 5% (Five Percent) in both value and quantity are acceptable.
• Miscellaneous: i. All bank charges outside negotiating bank including confirmation of F.D.D commission charges are on Applicant’s account.
ii. Shipment can't be made in the presence of Applicant's Bank Representative and their sign sould be a requirement in the LC.
iii. Applicant must provide the UD at least 10 days before the shipment date.
iv. All apparent spelling mistake and typographical error on documents which does not change the meaning and value of the
goods are acceptable.
• Validity: 20 days from the date of issuance of Proforma Invoice.
