Dr. Flor states in the video that information is free, knowledge is free, meaning that the openness of
sharing knowledge is very accessible nowadays. That technology is very useful especially this time of
pandemic in which it can contribute to the new ways of learning.

In the video, there is a study that was in 1995-2030 universities cannot accommodate students because
of lack of resources and facilities that’s the importance of ICT4E in today’s situation, because of the
pandemic we are now adapting the ICT4E for our education.
