Setting:
There are several places shown in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, but the main
places were at the Palace, the forest, at the dwarfs' house. It happened day and night. The setting
adds flavor to the story, for example when Snow White was running away in the forest where her
surroundings turned dark adds the feeling of fear and danger, another one is when the queen fell
in a drift, the weather is also not good, indicating that it is also sad because of what happened to
Snow White. The story cannot be taken to another setting for the reason that the setting has a big
impact on the story, once the setting changes the story will also be changing. The setting
basically represents the characters' feelings or emotions and the characters themselves, the horse
of the dwarfs is small and dirty which picturizes their physical appearance, the rain and thunder
represent the fear for Snow White and the end of the queen.

Plot:
The main series of events that happened in the story was when the queen order her
marksman to kill Snow White but the marksman cannot do what is ordered, so he leads Snow
White to run to the forest and never come back again. Secondly, is when the queen discovered
that Snow White was still alive. Thirdly, the time that Snow White took a bite of the apple and
died. Lastly, is when the Prince kissed her. The events were arranged chronologically aside from
the beginning where the rising action (selfishness of the queen) is already introduced before the
exposition. The climax of the story was when Snow White took a bite of the apple and died, but
the turning point is when the true love kiss happened.

Point of View:
The story Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is narrated using omniscient point of view.
It is narrated by a third-person omniscient point of view since the narrator has access to the
characters’ situation, thoughts, and feelings.
Theme:
Beauty and Envy
Beauty and envy are the main theme of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs since the root
cause of the characters’ challenges revolves around it. The story shows that being beautiful,
although is a good thing, could still lead to problems and complications. These problems may
arise when other people begins to get insecure because of one’s beauty and feel envy to the point
of doing something that will harm the beholder or worse, wish them dead.
Purity and Kindness
Beauty is indeed a blessing to a lot of people. It changes how people sees you and treats
you, but purity and kindness or what’s inside you is more important. The story shows that being
beautiful in the outside is not enough. What matters the most is your heart.

Tone:
The story was narrated formally and the narrator didn't fail to make me feel happy, sad,
irritated with the character, and laugh.
