Ext. Street – Afternoon

Guy walks himself down the street with his dog on a lead. He doesn’t have any
particular emotion. Neither happy or sad, as he walks he comes to his front
door.
As he puts the key in the door he notices his neighbour and they exchange a
wave. He walks inside.

Int. Kitchen

Guy begins to make himself some food for his dinner. He turns on the telly and
eats his food, then takes himself to bed.

Int. Bedroom - Morning

Guy wakes up from sleep and walks over to the mirror. He gets dressed and
heads downstairs. He makes himself some breakfast and feeds his dog some as
he eats. He gets the dog ready and goes out for a walk.

Ext. Driveway - Morning

As he leaves he looks to his side and sees his neighbour again. They smile at
each other and he walks off. His neighbour gets in her car and drives off.

Ext. Woods – Morning

Guy is walking in the woods with is dog. He begins to mess around and chase
the dog slightly, he then looks down to find a piece of paper on the floor. He
slowly goes down and opens it up to read ‘wake up’ he looks about very
confused and slightly concerned. He then hears something rustling in the
bushes, and turns to see some sort of figure. He backs up and begins to walk fast
away whilst calling the dog to follow.

The more he walks the more concerned he feels and speeds up the more he
walks. Eventually he trips up and everything goes black.

Ext. Woods – Late afternoon

He wakes up and looks around to realise how late it has gotten. A lot of concern
rushes to his face and grows even more intense as he looks around and realises
his dog is not there anymore. He stands up and begins to looks around while
walking back toward his house hoping that she will turn up.

Ext. Street – Late afternoon

He walks toward his house and looks to realise his neighbour’s car is in the
drive with the door wide open and engine still running. He goes over to see that
she is not in the car. He looks confused and backs away.

Int. Kitchen

He goes inside and turns on the tv, but there is no signal. He picks up his phone
and tries to phone his mum. She does not pick up, he phones a few times and
still get no answer. He can tell something is wrong.

Ext. Driveway

Guy gets into his car and begins his journey to his Mothers house.

Ext. Mums house

He arrives and goes to knock on the door before he finds the door is slightly
ajar. He opens it and looks around, he finds things around the house that seem
unfinished. As if she had left midway. He sits down and phones 999. No one
answers. He sits there and thinks to himself.

*blackout*

*day 60*

Int. Living room

Guy has a fire going and has his diary in front of it, he has written for months
about what is happening and how he doesn’t. Know what to do with himself. He
goes over to his fridge and opens it to see he is low on food.

Ext. Driveway

Guy goes outside and goes to open his car door before he looks up and sees his
neighbour standing in the road. He stares for a minute in shock. She smiles at
him. He starts to walk over before he slightly catches his foot and looks down at
it, as he looks up he sees himself where she was stood. The shock from his face
fades away and he stands in complete numbness. He raises his hand up and the
copy in front of him does the same. He takes a step back and closes his eyes.
When he opens them the person is gone. He walks over to where she was faster
and begins to look around. He puts his face in his hands and takes a moment to
breathe. He rubs his eyes.

*blackout*
*day 120*

Int. Kitchen

We see guy’s diary again and he has written about feeling crazy. He is going
through letters and pictures of him and his childhood. He then walks himself to
the cupboard.

He opens up to a shelf of alcohol. He laughs to himself and picks up a bottle, he

then begins to play loud music and dance to himself with the alcohol.

After some time has passes he is sat on the floor in despair. The front door
swings open. He stops and looks up. His face has an unnerving mix of fear yet
hope. He gets up and walks over to find it open with no reason behind how it
had happened.

As he is looking at the door a figure appears behind him, but he does not realise.
As he turns around the figure moves away.

He turns and looks around as if he can feel the presence with him. The door
then slams shut and guy turns around very abruptly to see if he can see anyone.
He begins to get angry.

Int. Living room

Guy begins to gather pieces of paper and begins to rapidly write on them
multiple different things, he begins to stick things up on the wall and all over
the outside of his house.

He eventually finishes and takes a step back to look at what he has done.

He has written on paper all over the outside of his house about how he can sense
someone near him and just wants to talk to someone.

*day 375*
Int. Bedroom

Guy wakes up and looks extremely worn down and unwell. He looks up at the
ceiling and sighs to himself. He gets himself up and makes his way to the
bathroom.

Int. Bathroom

He looks into his cupboard to find some pills. He takes them into the kitchen
and sets them in front of him and begins to write a message. He sits and stares at
them for a while. Before someone touches his hand. He looks up and sees his
neighbour sat opposite him. His mouth opens slightly and he looks like he wants
to talk to her. She just stares at him and looks toward the pills. She shakes her
head at him. She then looks down at the note.

Int. Front door

Guys dog walks into the house and goes over to where he is sat. Guy is sat there
passed out with the pill bottle empty.

*blackout*

We see the note.
