SUBJECT: ENQUIRY REPORT INTO ONLINE APPLICATION OF NAZIR
AHMED.
Kindly refer to office letter vide No. IGP-CMS/355 dated: 21.10.2022 on the
subject noted above.
In this regard, it is submitted that the complainant Nazir Ahmed Kalhoro and
the respondents were called through PS Kanga, but SHO PS Kanga has reported that both
parties don’t want to appear before this office, as both parties have disclosed that a Misc.
Application has already pending at Honourable Court of I- Additional Sessions Judge
Larkano.

Since, the matter has been prosecuting in the Honourable Court, so this matter
doesn’t need any probe by the undersigned.
